Philipp M. Richter is a research associate and doctoral student at the German Institute for Economic Research (DIW Berlin). Philipp studied International Economics in Tübingen and Lyon as well as Environmental Economics at the University of Hohenheim.His current research interests lie in the field of trade and environment, climate change and environmental policies. In particular he analyses the impact of climate policies on international resource markets such as natural gas and coal.
