Ochrona danych osobowych jest dla nas bardzo ważna. Gwarantujemy, że będziemy stosować zasadę najwyższej poufności w stosunku do Państwa danych. Dane osobowe Państwa używane będą wyłącznie w celu administracji Państwa konta. Przede wszystkim, pomagają nam one przy kontaktach z Państwem w wypadku zażaleń. 

W przypadku jakichkolwiek zmian warunków korzystania z konta lub w przypadku zmian opcji dostępnych dla użytkownika zostaną Państwo powiadomieni przez e-mail. Tylko w przypadku, kiedy jest to wymagane prawem, n.p. przez kodeks prawny lub przez nakaz sądowy, możemy przekazać dane osobowe uprawnionym do tego stronom trzecim. Rezerwujemy sobie też prawo do analizy statystycznej anonimowych danych.

Nasze oprogramowanie korzysta z t.zw. "cookies" (Pol. "ciasteczka" - niewielkie informacje tekstowe, wysyłane przez serwer). Pozwalają one na przechowywanie danych konfiguracyjnych.  Po zalogowaniu się na naszej stronie internetowej identyfikator użytkownika oraz pseudonim przechowywane są przez takie "ciasteczko". Po zamknięciu wyszukiwarki"cookies" z danymi konfiguracyjnymi są automatycznie kasowane.

"Cookies" zawierające dane login zostają całkowicie wymazane po zamknięciu wyszukiwarki tylko w przypadku, kiedy użytkownik wyraźnie zdecydował, że to "cookie" nie może zostać zachowane w pamięci na stałe. Decyzja ta może być w każdej chwili zmieniona.

Rejestracja jest jednoznaczna z akceptacją warunków korzystania z konta.

Warunki korzystania z konta

• Linki, które mogłyby doprowadzić do treści niezgodnych z naszymi warunkami użytkowania nie są dozwolone
• Nie zezwala się na reklamę na naszych forach dyskusyjnych
• Wszystkie komentarze zamieszczane na naszych forach dyskusyjnych muszą dotyczyć tematu tego konkretnego forum
• Nie zezwala się na publikację e-maili bez wyraźnego zezwolenia autora, jak również na publikację informacji osobistych
• Komentarze własne przed zamieszczeniem ich na forum publicznym należy sprawdzić w celu uniknięcia publikacji szczegółów, które nie powinny znaleźć się na forum publicznym. Użytkownicy nie mają prawa żądać od operatorów forum usunięcia lub korygowania błędów w zamieszczonych komentarzach.
• Przy zamieszczaniu komentarzy na forach prosimy o przestrzeganie obowiązującego prawa, a w szczególności praw autorskich.

Korzystanie z profilu utworzonego w wyniku rejestracji:

• Wiek użytkowników mogąych korzystać z profilu musi wynosić co najmniej 18 lat.  Firmy lub inne podmioty prawne nie mogą tworzyć własnych profili.
• Każdy użytkownik może posiadać tylko jeden profil.
• Każdy użytkownik, który chce stworzyć swój profil będzie musiał odpowiedzieć na kilka obowiązkowych pytań. Proszę odpowiedzieć na nie w pełni i zgodnie z prawdą. Tworzenie profili przy użyciu fałszywego nazwiska jest niedozwolone.
• Administratorzy forum rezerwują sobie prawo zamrożenia profilu w wypadku niedotrzymania warunków korzystania z konta. W przypadku poważnego naruszenia warunków użytkowania, profil może zostać usunięty na stałe.

W przypadku naruszenia obowiązujących warunków, administratorzy forum rezerwują sobie prawo do usunięcia poszczególnych komentarzy, lub całej dyskusji, jak również prawo do zamknięcia jej częściowo, albo w całości, oraz do odebrania użytkownikowi pozwolenia na publikację według własnego uznania.
